去卵巢对大鼠尾部感觉神经传导速度的影响

摘要 临床观察发现,中枢神经系统损伤后,女性神经功能的恢复优于男性,考虑与雌激素可通过调节血管舒缩功能、抑制脂质过氧化、抗凋亡等多种机制对中枢神经系统发挥保护作用有关[1-2],但关于雌激素对周围神经的保护作用研究甚少。为此,本研究观察了去卵巢对大鼠尾部感觉神经传导速度(sensory nerve conduction velocity,SNCV)的影响,为进一步探讨雌激素对周围神经保护作用的机制研究提供实验基础。
