摘要 本项目是一个建筑-结构一体化的跨专业研究。面向当前自由曲面建筑形态的建造的国际前沿问题,课题组原创性地提出了一种基于主动弯曲(bending active)原理,使用连续弹性杆件相互编织找形的空间网壳结构,可以适用于各种不同形态的大尺度自由曲面的建造,具有不需要使用复杂的数控加工、空间定位设备,建造经济快速,具有广泛的适应性等系列技术优势。课题组开发了针对这一编织式网壳的复杂拓扑网格生成算法,基于非线性编程和自启发式算法的结构优化技术,面向建造的三维样条曲线展开和动态工序优化技术,以及一系列结构性能提升技术,并在一系列工程实践中验证了其广泛的应用前景。 This paper introduces an interdisciplinary research of architecture and structural engineering.Aiming at the international frontier problem of freeform surface construction,the research team originally proposed the weaving structure system,a bending-active gridshell system constructed by continuous elastic rods.The technical advantages of the system lie in that it can be used for the construction of various large-scale freeform surfaces without the requirement of sophisticated digital fabrication and allocation equipment,as well as its rapid construction economy and wide adaptability,etc.Key technologies are developed,including the weaving grid generation algorithms,the optimization technology using non-linear programming and heuristic algorithms,the dynamic construction optimization using 3D spline curve expansion,and a series of technologies to improve the structural performance.Through a series of applications,which has been verified through its wide application prospects in a series of engineering practices.
