摘要
项目组针对上海市高等院校节能减排的需求,通过系统的技术研发与创新,本着"突出高校用能需求、强调数据监测管理、建立适宜节能技术体系"的技术思路,创新性的实现高校园区多源异构数据高精确度的采集融合,建立了适宜高校用能特征的能耗动态评价方法,将逐日负荷预测嵌入能耗监测系统进行事前、事中的动态对标管理,创新性集成了针对高校校园的能耗监测、用能动态评价和节能诊断成套技术,创新研发了高校空调、生活热水的节能智慧调控技术,引领性的完成高校校园的适宜节能综合技术集成研究与示范。技术体系直接推广应用330万平方米,实现了园区能耗从刚性增长到显著下降,效益显著。
The project team aimed at the needs of energy saving and emission reduction in Shanghai campus,through systematic technology research and development,in line with the technical ideas of‘highlighting energy demand in universities,emphasizing data monitoring and management,and establishing an appropriate energy-saving technology system’,innovatively realized the high-precision collection and fusion of multi-source heterogeneous data in campus,established a dynamic energy consumption evaluation method suitable for university energy consumption characteristics,and embedded daily load forecast into the energy consumption monitoring system before and during the event to realize dynamic benchmarking management,innovative integration of complete sets of technologies for energy consumption monitoring,dynamic evaluation of energy consumption and energy saving diagnosis for college campuses innovative research and development of energy-saving intelligent control technologies for college air conditioning and hot water. Demonstrationof energy-saving integrated technology system, used in more than 3.3 million square meters, and realized the area’s energyconsumption from rigid growth to a significant decline, with significant economic and environmental benefits.
