摘要
本文从青岛市公共建筑节能改造的整体发展方向出发,制定了节能改造工作的实施方案和技术路线。通过编制的技术标准规范,为项目相关管理流程和技术要求提供依据。后续对上百栋公共建筑进行实际能耗监测,建立相关建筑能耗数据库,为建筑节能改造工作提供了数据支撑。通过开展数十个公共建筑项目的节能改造工作,创新性的提出了节能效果评估方法,为后续项目开展提供理论依据。最终形成了完整的青岛市公共建筑节能改造技术体系,并进行了应用和推广。
Based on the overall development direction of energy-saving renovation of public buildings in Qingdao,this article has formulated the implementation plan and technical route of energy-saving renovation work.The preparation of technical standards and specifications provides a basis for the project's related management processes and technical requirements.Subsequent monitoring of actual energy consumption in hundreds of public buildings will establish a database of relevant building energy consumption to provide data support for building energy efficiency renovation work.Through carrying out energy-saving renovation work of dozens of public building projects,the innovative energy-saving effect evaluation method is proposed to provide theoretical basis for subsequent projects.Finally,a complete technical system for energy-saving renovation of public buildings in Qingdao is formed,which has been applied and promoted.
