摘要
进入21世纪,我国经济迈上了现代化快速发展轨道,城市高楼、大型场馆随之兴建。其中不乏采用钢结构形式的巨型场馆或机场、展览馆等公共服务设施,其建筑造型新颖奇特,通过采用钢结构形式尽显骨感,不乏成为举世瞩目的世界建筑精品。而采用钢结构形式的大型场馆、航站楼建筑中,其屋面多数采用桁架或网架形式,施工时可采用大型吊装设备将屋面整体吊装,也可根据内部竖向结构分布制作原位提升机构整体提升,如何保证千吨级非对称支点屋面网架整体提升,成为网架提升施工的重点。
Entering the 21st century,China's economy has entered a modernization and rapid development track,and urban high-rise buildings and large venues have been built here and there.Among them,there are many public service facilities such as giant stadiums or airports and exhibition halls that use steel structures to realize their novel and peculiar architectural shapesand shape into a world-famous architectural boutiques with skeletonized structure. In large venues and terminal buildings withsteel structures, most of the roofs are in the form of trusses or grids. Large hoisting equipment can be used to hoist the wholeroof during construction, and in-situ lifting mechanisms can also be produced according to the internal vertical structure distribution.How to ensure the overall lifting of a thousand-ton asymmetric fulcrum roof grid, has become the focus of grid structurelifting construction.
