摘要
"腾讯北京总部大楼项目综合施工技术"项目作为2019年"华夏建设科学技术奖"三等奖获奖项目,主要以腾讯北京总部大楼项目为依托,针对项目施工重难点进行一系列技术创新及科技攻关,形成了腾讯北京总部大楼项目综合施工技术,该综合技术首次提出81m大悬挑复杂空间结构有支撑悬伸推进施工技术、复杂超限结构信息化施工技术等12项创新技术,并在腾讯北京总部大楼项目施工过程中成功应用,在质量、安全、工期、绿色施工上效果显著,也为其他类似项目起到示范作用,具有显著的社会效益和经济效益。本篇主要介绍该项目立项背景、科学内容、创新点、应用情况及社会效益等。
As the Third Prize Winning Project of"Huaxia Construction Science and Technology Award"in 2019,the project of"Comprehensive Construction Technology of Tencent Beijing Headquarters Building Project"mainly relies on the project of Tencent Beijing Headquarters Building to carry out a series of scientific and technical innovations and breakthroughs in view of the key construction difficulties of the project.For the first time,the comprehensive construction technology of Tencent Beijing headquarters building project has put forward 81 m large cantilevered complex space structure with 12 innovative technologies including the supporting cantilever construction technology,complex over-limit structure information construction technology and etc,which has been successfully applied in the construction process of Tencent Beijing Headquarters Building Project.It has remarkable effect on quality,safety,construction period and green construction as well as significant social and economic benefits. It also plays an exemplary role for other similar projects. This article mainlyintroduces the background, scientific content, innovation, application and social benefits of the project.
