摘要
本项目围绕我国海绵城市运维管理技术的缺失和海绵城市效果评估方法的需求,采用系统工程学原理和统筹方法,按照海绵城市尺度进行分级,构建了海绵城市运维管理技术体系,研究了海绵设施、海绵功能地块、海绵片区三个层级的运维管理技术和适用的评估方法,并在功能地块和海绵片区层面结合我国南方地区城市本底条件开展了因地制宜的专题研究,形成了一套海绵城市运维管理技术体系和效果评估方法。
The operation and management technology system of Sponge City is constructed by applying the principles of systems engineering and holistic approach to offset the lack of operation and management technology and fulfil the need of evaluation method for Sponge City effect in China.According to the scale classification of Sponge City,the operation and maintenance techniques and applicable evaluation methods are studied at three levels:sponge facility,sponge functional plot and sponge area.And a special study was carried out at the level of functional plot and sponge area in combination with the local urban conditions in southern China,forming a set of operation and management technology system as well as effect evaluation method with complete system,advanced technology and practical feasibility for Sponge City.
