低碳生态的城市综合交通规划关键方法和技术研究

Research on Key Method and Technology on Urban Low-carbon&Ecologic Transportation Planning

在交通拥堵、能源消耗、废气与噪声污染的多重压力下,低碳生态交通成为城市交通发展的主题,是城市交通可持续发展的必然要求。本课题紧扣当前生态文明建设主题,兼顾方法与技术的创新性和实用性,提出低碳生态综合交通规划指标体系、低碳生态综合交通规划关键方法、低碳生态综合交通规划关键技术,并对相关方法与技术的应用进行实证研究,确保研究成果的可操作性。

Under the persistent pressure of traffic congestion,energy consumption,exhaust gas pollution and noise pollution,low-carbon&ecologic transport has become the theme of urban transportation development,and the requirement of sustainable development of urban transportation.Considering the innovation and practicability of methods and technologies,this project research closely followed the current theme of ecological civilization construction,and put forward the index system,application method and key technologies on low-carbon&ecologic transportation planning.Meanwhile,this research has finished empirical research on the application of relevant methods and techniques,so as to ensure the feasibility of the research results.
