雄安新区绿色建材导则

Guidelines for Green Building Materials in Xiong'an New Area

雄安新区是党中央国务院作出的一项重大历史性战略选择,强调绿色低碳发展,推广绿色建筑,使用绿色建材规划。本文通过体系创新、关键技术创新、方法创新、管理模式创新等几个创新点,并参照国内外绿色建材产品技术发展和应用现状,与现行国内外主流相关标准对标研究,对雄安新区适宜的绿色建材的产品体系、准入基本要求、全生命综合指标体系进行分析研究,推进雄安新区绿色建材导则试点及工程应用研究,进行全国试点试行验证、高标准定位确认,为工程建设提供指导、绿色建材发展支撑,促进绿色建材推广和应用,具有良好的社会效益。

Xiong'an New Area is a major historical strategic choice made by the Party Central Committee and the State Council,which emphasizes green and low-carbon development,promotes Green Buildings,and uses green building materials planning.Referring to the development and application status of green building materials technology at home and abroad,and benchmarking with the current domestic and foreign mainstream relevant standards,this paper analyzes the product system,basic access requirements and life-long comprehensive index system of the appropriate green building materials,promote the pilot and engineering application research of the Guidelines for Green Building Materials in Xiong'an New Area through several innovations such as system innovation,key technology innovation,method innovation and management mode innovation,,and carry out national pilot test verification and high standard positioning confirmation,which can provide guidance for engineering construction,support the development of green building materials,promote the application of green building materials with good social benefits.
