摘要
办公建筑是复产复工后最重要的人员聚集、办公生活的场所,办公建筑的应急防控成为疫情防控的关键环节之一。《办公建筑应对突发疫情防控运行管理技术指南》编制组历经初稿编制、专家论证、征求意见等重要环节,形成最终发布稿。该指南突出"智能化"、"信息化"的重要作用,立足于全方位、多系统的防控,同时将服务管理与疫情防控一体化结合,指南中提出了全面的技术要求和切实可行的具体措施,可为复产复工过程中的疫情应急防控提供指导。
COVID-19 seriously threatens the health of the people and affects the people's life and social production.After more than one month's efforts,the current situation of epidemic prevention and control has been initially showing a trend of continuous improvement and recovery of production and life order.The epidemic emergency prevention and control in the process of the whole society's resumption of work and production has become the focus of the next step.Office buildings are the most important places for people to gather,work and live after the resumption of production and work,so that the emergency prevention and control of office buildings has become one of the key links of epidemic prevention and control.The preparation team of the technical guidelines for the operation and management of emergency prevention and control of office buildings in response to emergencies has gone through the preparation of the first draft,expert argumentation,solicitation of opinions and other important links to form the final release. This guidelines highlights the important role of “intelligence” and"informatization", as well as the all-round and multi-system prevention and control. At the same time, it integrates servicemanagement and epidemic prevention and control. In the guide, it puts forward comprehensive technical requirements andpractical specific measures for switching, which provides guidance for epidemic emergency prevention and control in theprocess of resumption of work and production.
