我国6层及以下的既有住宅普遍没有安装电梯,部分7-11层的既有住宅也未安装电梯,无电梯住宅中的居民对增设电梯、改善出行条件的愿望越来越迫切。在人口老龄化的社会背景下,凸显了改善楼内垂直交通的重要性、紧迫性。本文介绍了《既有住宅加装电梯工程技术标准》T/ASC 03-2019编制背景、目的及编制历程,并介绍了标准的内容,包括设计、施工验收及运行维护章节,重点就设计章节中总平面、建筑、结构、机电等内容进行了详细介绍。

In China,there are lots of old residential buildings below 6 floors not equipped with elevator,and some of the buildings with 7-11 floors are also lacking with elevators.Residents who living without elevator have a strong will to install elevator and improve the transportation conditions.In the context of the aging population,the importance and urgency of improving the vertical traffic in buildings are emphasized.This paper introduces the compilation background,purpose and process of Technical Standard for Installation of Elevators in Existing Residential Building T/ASC 03-2019,and shows the contents of the standard,including the chapters of design,construction acceptance,operation and maintenance,with emphasis on the general layout,architecture,structure,mechanical&electrical and other contents in the chapter of design.
