摘要
随着社会的不断发展,中西方的文化交流越来越密切,最明显的是饮食文化的传入。本文通过阐述中西餐饮食文化在餐桌礼仪、饮食内容与观念、烹饪方法及饮食方式之间的差异和特色,揭示导致饮食文化差异的原因,为加强不同饮食文化间双向交流发展提供参考。
With the continuous development of society,this paper expounds the differences and characteristics between Chinese and Western food culture in table manners,food contents and concepts,cooking methods and food ways,reveals the causes of differences in food culture,and provides reference for strengthening the two-way communication and development between different food cultures.
