摘要
随着社会生活水平的逐步上升,人们对于食品安全问题愈来愈重视,传统的检测方式已经无法满足要求,因此生物技术在近几年逐渐走入人们的视野,在食品检测领域广泛应用,大大提高了工作效率。本文将对几种现代生物技术进行介绍,并对其在食品检测中的应用做简单探讨。
Along with the social living standard gradually rise,people for food safety problem more and more attention,the traditional detection method has been unable to meet the requirements,therefore biotechnology in recent years gradually into people’s horizons,widely used in the field of food testing,greatly improving the work efficiency in this article,we will simply do a introduction of several modern biological technology,and its application in food testing to do a simple discussion。
