摘要
我国人口老龄化发展态势迅猛,已成为世界上人口老龄化速度最快的国家之一,养老问题成为社会各界关注的热点问题。用餐是老年人最基本的养老服务需求之一,养老餐饮供餐应遵循供给侧与需求侧平衡的原则,根据供餐对象生理及消费特点,探索不同养老餐饮发展模式如通过中央厨房生产集中配送的团餐模式、社区养老助餐点供餐模式、“中央厨房+社区配送”与助餐点结合模式,构建完善的居家养老餐饮服务体系。
With the rapid development of population aging in China,it has become one of the fastest aging countries in the world,and the pension problem has increasingly become a hot issue of concern.Dining is one of the most basic elderly service needs.Catering for the elderly should follow the principle of balance between the supply side and the demand side.According to the physiological and consumption characteristics of the catering object,explore different development modes of catering for the elderly,such as the group mode of production and centralized distribution through the central kitchen,the community catering for the elderly,the combination mode of“central kitchen+community distribution”and catering aid To build a perfect catering service system for the elderly at home.
