Demand Analysis and Development Model of Catering for the Aged from the Perspective of Supply Side

我国人口老龄化发展态势迅猛,已成为世界上人口老龄化速度最快的国家之一,养老问题成为社会各界关注的热点问题。用餐是老年人最基本的养老服务需求之一,养老餐饮供餐应遵循供给侧与需求侧平衡的原则,根据供餐对象生理及消费特点,探索不同养老餐饮发展模式如通过中央厨房生产集中配送的团餐模式、社区养老助餐点供餐模式、“中央厨房+社区配送”与助餐点结合模式,构建完善的居家养老餐饮服务体系。
