Analysis on Pesticide Residues of Fruit and Vegetable in Nanwan Street in 2019

目的:通过对南湾街道辖区内果蔬农药残留进行速测分析,剖析影响果蔬产品质量安全因素,应加强重点抽检,提高监管水平。方法:采集南湾街道2019年辖区内10901批次果蔬样品,通过速测卡法(纸片法)对样品中的有机磷和氨基甲酸酯类农药残留进行快速筛选测定,并对检测结果进行数据分析和评价。结果:10901批次样品,抽查检验不合格样品49批次,不合格率为0.45%,辖区内果蔬产品存在一定程度的农药残留问题。结论:与其他蔬菜品种相比,叶菜类抽查检验不合格率较高,反季节作物农药残留更加严重,在流通领域中农贸市场抽查检验不合格率较高,应建立和完善农产品质量安全追溯体系以及持续监控机制,开展定量风险监测,着重对容易出现不合格的品类和反季节作物进行重点抽检。

Objective:Through the rapid analysis of pesticide residues in fruits and vegetables in Nanwan street area,the factors affecting the quality and safety of fruit and vegetable products are analyzed,and the key spot checks are strengthened to improve the supervision level.Methods:The 10901 batches of fruit and vegetable samples in the area of Nanwan Street in 2019 were collected,and the organophosphorus and carbamate pesticide residues in the samples were quickly screened and determined by rapid card method(paper sheet method),and the test results were analyzed and evaluated.Results:The 10901 batches ofsamples,spot check and inspection of 49 batches of unqualified samples,the unqualified rate of 0.45%,the area of fruit and vegetable products in a certain degree of pesticide residue problems.Conclusion:Compared with other vegetable varieties,the unqualified rate of leaf vegetable spot check is higher,the pesticide residue of offseason crop is more serious,and the unqualified rate of spot check of farmers’market is higher in circulation field.We should establish and perfect the traceability system of agricultural product quality and safety and continuous monitoring mechanism,carry out quantitative risk monitoring,and focus on the spot check of vulnerable categories and off-season crops.
