摘要
将氧化石墨烯量子点(GOQDs)引入聚醚嵌段共聚酰胺(PEBA),通过溶剂挥发法制备了具有良好分散性能和界面结合性能的PEBA/GOQDs混合基质膜,研究了GOQDs添加量对混合基质膜理化性质及气体渗透性能的影响。结果表明:GOQDs可均匀分散在PEBA聚合物基质中,提高了混合基质膜的力学性能;GOQDs含有大量的羟基和羧基,亲和能力强,对CO2有强吸附作用,显著提高了混合基质膜的CO2/N2渗透性能。当GOQDs添加量为3%(质量分数)时,PEBA/GOQDs混合基质膜的CO2渗透系数为184.32Barrer,CO2/N2选择性达到了63.56,与纯PEBA膜相比分别提高了241%和253%。
Graphene oxide quantum dots(GOQDs)were introduced into polyether block copolyamide PEBA.And PEBA/GOQDs mixed matrix membranes(MMMs)with good dispersion and interfacial bonding properties were successfully prepared by solvent evaporation method.The effects of GOQDs content on the physicochemical properties and gas permeation properties of the membranes were investigated.The results showed that GOQDs can be effectively and uniformly dispersed in the PEBA matrix.At the same time,the mechanical properties of the membranes were improved.GOQDs contained a large number of hydroxyl and carboxyl groups,and had strong adsorption of CO2,which significantly improved the CO2/N2 separation performance.For PEBA/GOQDs MMMs,when the GOQDs content was3 wt%in membranes,the permeability coefficient of CO2 and selectivity of CO2/N2 can reach 184.32 Barrer and 63.56,respectively,which increased by 241% and 253% compared with pure PEBA membrane.
