改性超细高岭土填充淀粉壳聚糖复合薄膜的制备及性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 选用辛基三甲氧基硅烷(OTMS),通过一步法制备了改性超细高岭土(FK)。以淀粉-壳聚糖(SCS)为基体,使用溶液插层法制备了超细高岭土-淀粉-壳聚糖复合薄膜(SCSFK)。经红外光谱仪和X射线衍射仪探究了偶联剂改性机理,高清扫描电镜结果表明填料与基体界面明显改善,热分析结果表明FK对复合材料热稳定性提升效果最佳,热机械分析检测SCSFK的玻璃转化温度(Tg)较SCS降低了77℃,拉伸实验表明SCSFK拉伸强度较SCS提升了330%,断裂伸长率提升了200%,耐水性实验表明SCSFK疏水性明显增强。 Octyltrimethoxysilane(OTMS)was used to modify superfine kaolin(K,FK)by a one-step method.Herein,starch-chitosan was treated as matrix while superfine kaolin-starch-chitosan composite films(SCSK,SCSFK)were prepared by solution intercalation method.The modification mechanism were explored by results of FT-IR and XRD.FESEM images showed that the interface between filler and matrix was improved obviously.The results of thermal analysis attested that FK had the best effect on enhancing the thermal stability of composites.The glass transition temperature(Tg)of SCSFK was decreased by 77℃ compared with SCS by results of DMA.The tensile strength and elongation of SCSFK were improved by 330% and 200% than that of SCS respectively.The hydrophobicity of SCSFK was enhanced.
