摘要
以葡萄糖和石墨烯为原料,采用超声喷雾法制备了不同粒径的球形活性炭,通过负载单质硫制备了活性炭/硫复合材料,将其用作锂硫电池的正极材料。采用X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜对复合材料的结构和形貌进行分析,通过充放电性能测试分析锂硫电池正极材料的电化学性能。结果表明:葡萄糖与石墨烯质量比为1∶1、于高温600℃煅烧2h得到的活性炭表面光滑,粒径在600~1600nm,用其制备的复合材料电化学性能最好。
Using glucose and graphene as raw materials,spherical activated carbon(AC)with different particle sizes was prepared by ultrasonic spray method.The AC/S composite material was prepared by loading elemental sulfur,which was used as the anode material of lithium sulfur battery.X-ray diffractometer and scanning electron microscope were used to analyze the structure and morphology of the material.The results showed that the mass ratio of glucose to graphene was 1∶1,the surface of AC obtained by calcining at high temperature of 600℃ for two hours was smooth,the particle size was 600~1600 nm.The composite material which was prepared with it,owns best the electrochemical performance.
