Energy Storage Capacity Configuration of Isolated Microgrid Based on Monte Carlo Simulation and Spectrum Analysis

摘要 为解决孤岛型微电网中间歇性新能源消纳及功率波动问题,提出了一种考虑不同储能设备特性的容量配置方法。首先,基于蒙特卡洛模拟法,抽样得到孤岛型微电网中负荷和间歇性新能源出力情况。然后,考虑微电网潮流约束和安全约束,建立消纳间歇性新能源所需最小补偿功率模型,利用非线性内点规划求解出最小补偿功率。通过离散傅里叶变换,对求出的最小补偿功率进行频谱分析,根据不同储能设备的补偿频段,利用反傅里叶变换得到时域补偿指令,计及储能设备的充放电效率,计算出储能设备的实际充放电功率,进而得到满足补偿要求的储能最小容量。最后,以欧盟第五框架计划支持下的微电网研究项目提出的一个微电网算例,进行仿真计算,验证了所提方法的有效性。 In order to solve the problem of intermittent new energy consumption and power fluctuation in isolated microgrid, a capacity allocation method considering different characteristics of energy storage equipment is proposed. Firstly, Monte Carlo simulation method used, the load and intermittent new energy output in isolated microgrid are sampled. Then, considering the power flow and security constraints of the microgrid, the minimum compensation power model for absorbing intermittent new energy is established, and the minimum compensation power is calculated with nonlinear interior point programming. Thirdly, the discrete fourier transform(DFT) is used to analyze the spectrum of the minimum compensation power. Due to the different compensation frequency bands of the energy storage devices, the inverse Fourier transform is applied to get the time-domain compensation instructions. Concerning the charging and discharging efficiency of the energy storage devices, their actual charging and discharging power is calculated, and the minimum capacity of energy storage that meets the compensation requirements is obtained. Finally, an example of microgrid proposed by the microgrid research project supported by the fifth framework plan of the European Union is used to simulate and verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.
