摘要
白茅内生菌Chaetomium globosum WQ固体发酵能产生丰富的细胞松弛素化合物。在前期实验基础上,以1H NMR谱和TLC为指导,采用硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱色谱和高效液相色谱等方法从C. globosum WQ固体发酵产物乙酸乙酯相浸膏中分离得到1个新细胞松弛素化合物,其结构经高分辨质谱、一维和二维核磁共振谱等波谱技术鉴定为20-iso-chaetoglobosin E (1)。
Chaetomium globosum WQ, an endophyte derived from Imperata cylindrical, can produce abundant cytochalasan compounds through solid state fermentation. Based on previous research and guided by1 H NMR spectrum and TLC, a new cytochalasan compound was isolated from the ethyl acetate extract of a solid culture of C. globosum WQ using silica gel column chromatography, gel filtration over Sephadex LH-20 and HPLC. The new compound was characterized as 20-iso-chaetoglobosin E(1) by a combination of spectroscopic(HR-MS, 1D and2D NMR) analyses.
