摘要
长期以来,高校研究生导师和辅导员在研究生培养中存在内容解读偏废、话语权利失衡、沟通交流困难等育人困境。通过分析研究生导师与辅导员协同育人的理论逻辑、现实逻辑和价值逻辑,可以构建以融合管理制度、沟通交流制度、反馈评估制度、奖惩激励制度为依托的研究生导师与辅导员协同育人运行机制。
Some of the long-running problems with postgraduates' education are about the relationship between the tutor and the advisor,who often emphasize different things,have unbalanced discourse power and experience difficulty in communicating with each other.This paper examines the logic behind the proposed collaboration between the tutor and the advisor and discusses how to promote tutor-advisor collaboration through effective management system,communication system,feedback and evaluation system and incentive system.
