To bring about a great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and to carry forward the spirit of the time,colleges and universities need to diligently explore the richness and contemporary value of the May 4th Spirit and integrate the spirit into students' ideological and political education.This is of great practical significance to the fostering of patriotism and other core socialist values among new-era college students,can boost their cultural confidence and stimulate their fighting spirit.The Spirit of May 4th Movement should be introduced not only into ideological and political theories teaching but also into college students' routine education,campus activities,core socialist values education and social activities.
