高校辅导员立德树人的研究现状及趋势——对CNKI“辅导员立德树人”论文(2007-2019年)的统计分析

Research on Advisors' Role in Creating Talents of High Morality:Current Situation and Tendencies

基于文献计量法和内容分析法,对关于辅导员立德树人问题的研究论文进行统计分析,辅导员立德树人问题研究正在受到越来越多的关注,但目前尚处于起步阶段、研究成熟度较低。展望未来,研究者可以重点从丰富研究方法、拓展学术视野、探索辅导员立德树人制度体系等方面开展研究工作,进而深化研究内容、提升研究质量。

This article is the result of a statistic analysis of research papers on advisors' role in creating talents of high morality using a bibliometric method and a content analysis method.Advisors' role in producing talents with moral integrity in receiving more and more attention from researchers,yet the research is still in the initial stage and has a long way to go before it reaches maturity.Future efforts in this regard should be more focused on diversifying the method,expanding academic vision and creating institutional frameworks so as to deepen the research and improve its quality.
