摘要
地铁盾构施工时,个别小半径区段产生盾构管片扭转从而导致接缝渗水的现象较多,对台车和电机车轨道的平整性产生不良影响,严重时危及人身及设备安全。结合太原地铁盾构区间施工,从设备本身、施工工序、操作人员技术水平等因素导致盾构管片扭转原因进行分析,并有针对性地提出预防和处理举措,以供类似工程参考和借鉴。
During the shield construction of urban rail transit tunnel,due to some reasons,the torsion of shield segment will lead to water seepage,especially in some small radius sections.If not treated in time,when the torsion angle of shield segment exceeds a certain range,it will affect the flatness of trolley and electric locomotive track,which will lead to derailment of trolley and electric locomotive,leaving the safety of personnel and equipment and the quality of metro tunnel engineering seriously endangered.Combined with the practical construction of the shield section of Taiyuan Metro Line 2,this paper makes a scientific research and analysis on the causes of shield segment torsion,the construction process control,and technical level of assembly operators,and puts forward specific measures for controlling shield segment torsion.
