摘要
随着新时期我国社会经济法治化建设的推进以及高等教育事业的快速发展,高校与教职工之间的劳动关系日趋多元化、复杂化。劳动合同既是高校合法用工的依据,也是教职工切身利益的保障,所以劳动合同管理工作极为重要。通过分析新时期高校的劳动关系特征、用工形式、劳动合同管理存在问题及原因,提出高校劳动合同管理相关对策。
In the new era,with the promotion of rule of law in social and economic fields and the rapid development of higher education in China,the labor relationship between college employers and their faculty has become diversified and complicated.Labor contract is not only the basis of the legitimate rights and interests of college employers,but also the guarantee of the legal interests of the faculty.Therefore,the labor contract management is important.This research focuses on the characteristics of college labor relationships,employment forms,and problems in labor contract management in the new era,and puts forward countermeasures on college labor contract management.
