摘要
目前较多高职院校实施成果导向教育并取得一定成效,但也面临预期学习成果功利主义风险。通过基于大概念理论并采用任务分析技术,以课程大概念为联结枢纽轴、成分技能为联结点,对高职"人力资源统计"课程进行整合设计。实践表明,学生能更好地理解课程的学科知识体系并进行迁移。
Outcome-based Education has been carried out in some higher vocational colleges with progress made.While utilitarianism is a problem ahead.Based on the theory of big ideas and the use of task analysis technology,an integrative design of the course Human Resources Statistics in higher vocational colleges is carried out,with the course big ideas and the component skills considered.It has proven that students can get better understanding of the subject knowledge structure and be able to complete knowledge transfer.
