八瓣糙果茶果实性状变异分析

摘要 于2014年10月,对福建省尤溪县16个八瓣糙果茶(Camelia octopetala Hu)单株样本的果实性状进行对比分析。结果表明:单株样本之间的果实性状存在极显著差异;果实性状变异最大的是果皮重、籽重、鲜出籽率、果实鲜重,变异系数分别为35.2%、34.2%、32.9%、32.5%;变异最小的是果形指数、横径、纵径,变异系数分别为9.1%、10.9%、13.7%;单株样本J19、J26、J25、J22的鲜出籽率大于20%,分别达到29.5%、23.2%、22.2%、22.0%。研究结果可为八瓣糙果茶的良种选育提供参考。 Study on the fruit characters of single plant samples of 16 Camellia octopetala in Youxi County,October,2014.The results showed that there were significant differences in fruit characters among single plant samples.The biggest variation of fruit characters was tare weight,seed weight,fresh seed rate and fresh fruit weight,with the coefficient of variation of 35.2%,34.2%,32.9%and 32.5%respectively.The smallest variation was fruit shape index,transverse diameter and longitudinal diameter,with the coefficient of variation of 9.1%,10.9%and 13.7%respectively.The fresh seed production rate of J19,J26,J25 and J22 was more than 20%,reaching 29.5%,23.2%,22.2%and 22.0%respectively.The results can provide reference for the breeding of Camellia octopetala improved varieties.
