摘要
跨境贸易与投资人民币结算暨人民币国际化启动已逾十年,人民币国际结算、国际储备、国际定价地位均有不同程度提升。同时人民币的国际货币职能相较主要货币仍存在较大差距。后疫情时期,鉴于“全球经济长期低迷、产业逐步脱钩、缩表不对称”对国际货币体系的影响,人民币国际化要有新的视角和抓手。
The RMB settlement for cross-border trade and investment and RMB internationalization have been launched for more than a decade,and the RMB status in international settlement,reserves,and pricing has all improved to varying degrees.Yet at the same time,in terms of international currency functions,there is still a large gap for the RMB to make up as compared with major currencies.In the post-pandemic era,in view of the impact that“long-term downturn of the global economy,the gradual decoupling of industries and the asymmetry of balance sheet reduction”have imposed on the international monetary system,RMB internationalization requires new perspectives and approaches.
