循证护理在慢性心力衰竭患者体重管理中的应用

Application of evidence-based nursing in weight management of patients with chronic heart failure

目的探讨循证护理在慢性心力衰竭患者体重管理中的作用。方法采用便利抽样法,选取2018年3月—2019年10月温州医科大学附属第二医院收治的81例慢性心力衰竭患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组(40例)和观察组(41例)。对照组采用常规护理,观察组实施循证护理。比较两组的营养状况、体重管理行为能力、护理满意度。结果干预后观察组血清总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)、前白蛋白(PA)水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);干预后观察组体重管理行为能力各维度评分及总评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组患者对医护人员服务态度、技能操作水平、BMI控制效果、居家护理质量的满意度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论循证护理能够有效改善慢性心力衰竭患者的营养状况及护理满意度,提升患者体重管理行为能力,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the role of evidence-based nursing in weight management of patients with chronic heart failure.Methods By convenient sampling method,a total of 81 patients with chronic heart failure who were admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University from March 2018 to October 2019 were selected as research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group(n=40)and the observation group(n=41).The control group was given routine nursing while the observation group was given evidence-based nursing.Nutritional status,weight management behavior ability and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the serum total protein(TP),albumin(ALB)and prealbumin(PA)levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).After intervention,scores of all dimensions and the total scores of weight management behavior ability in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).The satisfaction scores of patients in the observation group on the service attitude,skill operation level,body mass index(BMI)control effect and quality of home care of medical staff were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusions Evidence-based nursing can effectively improve the nutritional status and satisfaction of patients with chronic heart failure and enhance weight management behavior ability,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
