拉曼光谱在前列腺癌的应用现状和最新进展

Application status and latest development of Raman spectroscopy in prostate cancer

摘要 拉曼光谱是一种基于拉曼散射效应,具有非侵入性,高特异性等优点且适用于多种生物样本的物质检测方法,可以提供细胞、组织或生物液体等的分子结构特征和物质组成信息。前列腺组织癌变的发生和进展都会伴随着组织细胞代谢的变化,而拉曼光谱可以准确地检测和量化这些变化,从而为研究前列腺癌的发生和进展提供帮助。本文就拉曼光谱原理及其在前列腺癌组织活检、术中探查、判断预后和肿瘤筛查等方面的研究进展作一综述。 Raman spectroscopy is a non-destructive, highly specific method material detection based on Raman scattering which can be applied to many kinds of biological samples and provide detailed information about chemical composition and molecular structure of cells and tissues. The occurrence and progression of prostate cancer are accompanied by changes in tissue cell metabolism. Raman spectroscopy can accurately detect and quantify these changes, thus providing help for the study of the occurrence and progress of prostate cancer. This article reviews the progress of the application of Raman spectroscopy in tissue biopsy, intraoperative exploration, prognosis and tumor screening of prostate cancer.
