摘要
通过对比高强度钢板(Q系列结构钢)的材料切削性能、双面镗床的镗轴系统和可转位刀片断屑槽,分析了液压支架铰接孔的切削工艺性,开发了适用于液压支架铰接孔的粗镗刀片。
Starting from the material cutting performance of high-strength steel plate(Q series structural steel),the boring shaft system of double-sided boring machine,and the comparison of chip breaking slot of indexable blade,the cutting technology of hinge hole of hydraulic support are analyzed,and the coarse boring blade suitable for hinge hole of hydraulic support is explored.
