摘要
为研究绿色堆石混凝土的力学性能和氯盐侵蚀性能,采用粉煤灰、水泥、砂、石子、聚羧酸减水剂和水作为原材料,探析堆石混凝土与自密实砂浆抗压强度的关系,堆石混凝土在不同氯盐溶液质量分数浸泡后,堆石混凝土中氯离子分布规律以及侵蚀深度。试验结果表明:粉煤灰在掺量范围内,堆石混凝土抗压强度随粉煤灰掺量的增加而减小,堆石混凝土的抗压强度为自密实砂浆的105%~125%,能够改善堆石混凝土抵抗氯离子侵蚀的最大粉煤灰掺量为30%,堆石混凝土放在氯盐溶液浸泡120 d,氯离子侵蚀深度大于15 mm。
In order to study the mechanical properties and chloride corrosion properties of green rock-fill concrete,fly ash,cement,sand,stone,poly-carboxylic acid water reducer and water are used as raw materials to explore the relationship between rock-fill concrete and compressive strength of self-compacting mortar.After the rock-fill concrete is soaked in different chloride concentration,the distribution rule of chloride ions and the erosion depth in the rock-fill concrete are studied.The test results show that the compressive strength of rock-fill concrete decreases with the increase of fly ash content,the compressive strength of rock-fill concrete is 105%~125%of that of self-compacting mortar,the maximum content of fly ash that can improve the resistance of rock-fill concrete to chloride erosion is 30%,the rock-fill concrete is immersed in chloride solution for 120 days,and the chloride erosion depth is more than 15 mm.
