摘要
管理变革和知识是促成节能改造项目成功的关键因素之一。由于信息、时间、空间和工作环境的限制,改造项目比预期更复杂。管理变更和依赖关系的重要性在于,如果管理不善或管理不当,在建筑物的设计、建造和运营期间发起和实施的变更可能会对能源目标产生负面影响。
Managing change and knowledge is one of the key factors driving the success of an energy efficiency retrofit project.Due to limitations in information,time,space and work environment,retrofit projects are more complex than expected.The importance of managing change and dependencies is that changes that are initiated and implemented during the design,construction,and operation of a building can have a negative impact on energy efficiency goals if not managed properly or mismanaged.Similarly,knowledge assets are often out of touch with the project team.As a result,the inability of the project team to obtain the right knowledge can lead to the design and retrofit of energy efficient buildings that do not meet the goal of low energy consumption.
