高等职业院校BIM信息化课程的设置与应用研究

摘要 建筑信息模型简称BIM技术近些年来得到了快速的发展,其在建筑行业内部的应用不断壮大,进而很多的高职院校开设了BIM课程,使得学生在进入社会工作之前就掌握了相关建筑应用技术,适应用人单位的需求。在校园开设BIM课程之中出现了相关问题,本文通过分析这些问题,提出了相关的措施与对应的教学方法,为了学生在建筑工程后期的运营维护做好基础工作,使得毕业学生适应现今企业对于员工存在的相关需求。构建BIM信息平台对于高等职业院校非常重要,只有密切结合BIM发展的实际情况,不断坚持实践与创新的理念,才可以较好地完成实用技能型人才与创新技能型人才的有效结合,从而达到良好的效果。构建BIM信息平台对于高职院校来说十分必要,只有紧紧地结合我国发展的实际情况,通过用于实践与坚持创新,才可以完成实用型人才与创新型人才的综合体现。 BIM Technology for building information model has developed rapidly in recent years,and its application in the construction industry is growing.Many higher vocational colleges have set up BIM courses,so that students can master the relevant building application technology before entering the social work,and adapt to the needs of employers.There are some problems in the course of BIM on campus.By analyzing these problems,this paper puts forward some relevant measures and corresponding teaching methods,in order to do a good job in the operation and maintenance of the students in the later stage of the construction project,so that the graduates can adapt to the relevant needs of the current enterprises for the employees.The construction of BIM information platform is very important for higher vocational colleges.Only by closely combining the actual situation of BIM development and persisting in the concept of practice and innovation,can we better complete the effective combination of practical and innovative skilled talents,so as to achieve good results.It is necessary for higher vocational colleges to build BIM information platform.Only by combining closely with the actual situation of China's development,through practice and innovation,can we achieve the comprehensive embodiment of practical talents and innovative talents.
