为了提高企业物流管理绩效指标评估能力,提出基于流程的企业物流管理绩效指标评估模型.构建企业物流管理绩效数据模型,提取企业物流管理绩效指标关联特征信息,采用流程优化控制方法、描述性统计分析方法以及分区线性统计和流程优化调度方法,提高评估准确性.实证分析结果表明,采用该方法进行企业物流管理绩效指标评估的准确性较高,自适应性较好,置信度水平较高,评估结果准确可靠,提高了企业物流管理绩效指标的量化分析能力.

In order to improve the evaluation ability of enterprise logistics management performance indicators,a process based evaluation model of enterprise logistics management performance indicators is proposed.The performance data model of enterprise logistics management is constructed,and the related characteristic information of enterprise logistics management performance indicators is extracted.The process optimization control method,descriptive statistical analysis method,area linear statistics and process optimization scheduling method are used to improve the evaluation accuracy.The results of empirical analysis show that the method is more accurate,self-adaptive,and high level of confidence.The results are accurate and reliable.The method improves the quantitative analysis ability of enterprise logistics management performance indicators.
