浅议构建海绵城市建设系统的技术要点

Discussion on the Technical Points of Constructing System of Sponge City

文章结合海绵城市建设规划设计的实践经验,分析海绵城市建设系统分析的必要性,重点分析了道路及竖向系统、城市排水系统、水资源利用系统、径流污染控制系统等海绵城市建设的关键系统,并探讨彼此之间的衔接关系和应注意的问题,总结提出后续海绵城市建设的一些建议和存在的问题,可为后续海绵城市建设规划设计、建设实施及运维管理提供决策依据。

Combined with the planning-design and practical experience of the sponge city construction,this paper analyzes on the necessity of systematic analysis of sponge city construction.Emphasis is placed on the analysis the key systems covered by the sponge city construction system such as road and vertical system,urban drainage system,water resource utilization system and runoff pollution control system,it also discusses the connection between these systems and the problems that should be paid attention to.Finally,some suggestions and problems in the follow-up construction of sponge cities are summarized,hoping to provide decision-making basis for subsequent sponge city construction planning and design,construction implementation and operation and maintenance management.
