综合保税区对南阳市经济的带动效应研究

A Case Study of the Driving Effect of the Comprehensive Bonded Zone on Nanyang's Economy

为了响应我国“一带一路”倡议及适应河南省外向型经济的发展,南阳市建立了首个综合保税区,它的运行对于南阳市甚至河南省的经济都发挥着举足轻重的作用。本文在分析南阳市经济发展现状的基础上,选取2015—2018年的数据为样本,实证分析了南阳市综合保税区的建立对该市经济的影响效应。研究结果发现,南阳综合保税区的建立对其经济发展有显著的正向推动作用,之后提出了建立科学高效的管理模式、优化升级保税区外贸结构、加强“区区合作”和“区港联动”、发挥综合保税区功能定位的辐射效应、在“一带一路”倡议下大力发展对外贸易等对策建议,以促进南阳市及河南省经济更快更好发展。

In response to"the Belt and Road Initiative"and the development of Henan's export oriented economy,Nanyang has established the first comprehensive bonded zone,which plays a decisive role in the economy of Nanyang and even Henan.Based on the analysis of the current situation of Nanyang city's economic development,this paper selects the data from 2015 to 2018 as the sample to empirically analyze the impact of the establishment of Nanyang comprehensive bonded zone on the city's economy.The results show that:the establishment of Nanyang's comprehensive bonded area has a positive effect on its economic development,then,it puts forward some suggestions for establishing a scientific and efficient management mode,optimizing and upgrading the foreign trade structure of the bonded zone,strengthening"regional cooperation"and"linking the port and port",giving full play to the radiative effect of the functional location of the comprehensive bonded zone,and vigorously developing foreign trade under"the belt and road"strategy,so that the economy of Nanyang is developing rapidly and healthily.
