中药熏洗联合穴位埋线对环状痔术后创面镇痛疗效

Effects of Herbal Fumigation and Washing Combined with Acupoint Catgut-Embedding on Wound Surface after Operation of Circular Hemorrhoids

目的探讨中药熏洗联合穴位埋线对环状痔术后创面镇痛效果。方法选取72例环状痔患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各36例。对照组给予常规高锰酸钾坐浴治疗,观察组给予中药熏洗联合穴位埋线治疗,比较2组术后疼痛程度、持续时间及不良反应发生率情况。结果术后第1天,观察组和对照组疼痛症状评分[(7.82±1.38)分vs(7.64±1.34)分],差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),术后第3、7天,观察组疼痛症状评分低于对照组[(3.83±1.04)分vs(5.74±1.23)分,(1.32±0.57)分vs(3.49±1.02)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组疼痛症状持续时间短于对照组[(7.82±1.85)d vs(12.73±2.16)d],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应总发生率11.11%,低于对照组的77.78%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论予环状痔术后患者中药熏洗联合穴位埋线治疗,可有效缓解患者术后疼痛症状,缩短疼痛持续时间,并可降低不良反应发生率。

Objective To explore the analgesic effects of herbal fumigation and washing combined with acupoint catgut-embedding on the wound surface after the operation of circular hemorrhoids.Methods 72 patients with circumferential hemorrhoids who underwent surgery in the hospital were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 36 cases in each group.The control group was treated with the conventional potassium permanganate hip bath,while the observation group was treated with traditional herbal fumigation and washing combined with acupoint catgut-embedding.The degree and duration of pain and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.ResultsOn the 1st day after the operation,there was no statistically significant difference in the pain symptom score[(7.82±1.38)points vs(7.64±1.34)points]between the two groups(P>0.05),and the pain symptom score in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group on the 3rd and 7th days after the operation[(3.83±1.04)points vs(5.74±1.23)points,(1.32±0.57)points vs(3.49±1.02)points],with statistically significant differences(P<0.001).The duration of pain symptoms in observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group[(7.82±1.85)d vs(12.73±2.16)d],and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was much lower than that in the control group(11.11%vs 77.78%),with statistically significant difference(P<0.001).Conclusion Herbal fumigation and washing combined with acupoint catgut-embedding can effectively relieve the postoperative pain symptoms,shorten the pain duration and significantly reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
