长江经济带高质量发展测度及协调性研究

Research on the Measurement and Coordination of High Quality Development in the Yangtze River Economic Belt

基于长江经济带的发展特征以及高质量发展的基本内涵,选取绿色发展、经济质量、创新能力、人民生活、开放合作五个维度28项指标构建长江经济带高质量发展的测度评价指标体系,并以2008—2017年长江省域的面板数据为样本,研究长江经济带高质量区域间的发展均衡问题。研究结果表明:长江经济带的高质量发展处于稳步提升状态,但是发展过程中存在着区域发展不平衡不充分的问题;耦合协调度整体上呈增长趋势,但是增长幅度不大,整体处于耦合协调的过渡区间,且具有省际差异。

Based on the development characteristics of the Yangtze River economic belt and the basic connotation of high-quality development,this paper selects 28 indicators from five dimensions of green development,economic quality,innovation ability,people’s life and open cooperation to build an index system for measuring and evaluating the high-quality development of the Yangtze River economic belt,and studies the developmentalequilibrium problem of high-quality regions in the Yangtze River economic belt with panel data from 2008 to 2017 as samples.The results show that:the high-quality development of the Yangtze River economic belt is in a steady state of improvement,but there are problems in the process of development,such as the imbalance of regional development;the coupling coordination degree is in an overall growth trend,but the growth range is not large,the whole is in the transition range of coupling coordination,and there are provincial differences.
