新工科背景下本科专业培养方案优化策略研究

摘要 “新工科人才”是国家推动创新驱动发展背景下对工程科技人才提出的更高要求。目前,本科高校专业培养方案存在与社会产业实际需求脱节,课程设置与信息发展、社会需求不适应,缺乏产业平台,没有形成互动促进的科教机制,校企合作、产教融合缺乏深度,质量不高等问题。高校应落实立德树人根本任务;对接国家专业类质量标准和工程教育专业认证要求,培养符合新时代发展潮流的专业型人才;优化人才培养方案,培养学科交叉型人才;明晰培养目标和毕业生能力要求;优化教学内容,创新教学方法和考核方式,激发学生学习的兴趣。 “New engineering disciplines talents”is a higher requirement for engineering science and technology talents under the background of national innovation driven development.At present,there are some problems existing in the professional training program of undergraduate in colleges and universities,such as being out of line with the actual needs of social industry,inadaptability of curriculum,information development and social demand,lack of industrial platform and an interactive mechanism of science and education,lack of depth and quality of school enterprise cooperation and industry education integration.Therefore,colleges and universities should carry out the basic task of cultivating talents based on morality;meet the requirements of national professional quality standards and engineering education professional certification,and cultivate professional talents in line with the development trend of the new era;optimize personnel training programs and cultivate interdisciplinary talents;clarify the training objectives and the requirements of graduates’ability;optimize teaching content,innovate teaching methods and assessment methods,and stimulate students’interest in learning.
