摘要
在以水平井体积压裂为主的稠油油藏开采过程中,随着油田进入开发中后期,油井出砂严重,影响了油田的正常生产。为此,对水平井体积压裂蒸汽吞吐过程中的砂砾运移规律进行研究。利用CFD (computational fluid dynamics)仿真模拟方法,研究体积压裂水平井蒸汽吞吐过程中,裂缝压力、入口流量、井斜角、裂缝数量对水平井内砂床形成的影响以及变化规律。结果表明:固相体积分数随着裂缝压力的上升呈先下降后上升的趋势且在裂缝压力为8 MPa时,井筒出砂量最小;固相体积分数随着入口流量的提升而下降;相同情况下井斜角越小固相体积分数越大;固相体积分数随着裂缝条数的增多而降低。研究结果为应对油井出砂问题提供了理论支持。
During the development of heavy oil reservoirs with horizontal well stimulated reservoir volume fracturing as the main method,as the oil field enters the middle and late stage of development,the oil well produces sand seriously,which affects the normal production of the oil field.Therefore,the law of sand and gravel movement in the steam stimulation process of SRV fracturing in horizontal wells was studied.By using computational fluid dynamics(CFD)simulation method,the effects of fracture pressure,inlet flow,well angle and fracture number on the formation of sand bed in horizontal wells during steam stimulation with SRV fracturing were studied.The results show that the solid phase volume fraction decreases at first,and then increases with increasing of fracture pressure.The solid volume fraction decreases with increasing of inlet flow.In the same case,the smaller the well Angle is,the greater the solid volume fraction is.The solid phase volume fraction decreases with increasing of the number of cracks.The research results provide a theoretical support for dealing with the problem of oil well sand production.
