旋动式人工流产术临床应用的安全性和有效性研究

目的观察旋动式人工流产术用于终止早期意外妊娠的临床安全性和有效性。方法选择2019年9月至2020年3月在广西玉州区妇幼保健院自愿要求终止早期妊娠的育龄期妇女216例作为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组(109例)和对照组(107例),观察组采用旋动式人工流产术,对照组采用传统负压吸引人工流产术。观察比较2组患者手术时间、术中出血量、术中并发症、组织病理损伤、术后随访及术后并发症等情况。结果观察组与对照组患者手术时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者术中出血量明显少于对照组,差异有极显著性统计学意义(P<0.01);病理结果显示,观察组患者组织病理损伤小于对照组;观察组患者术后月经复潮时间早于对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者术后子宫内膜恢复情况优于对照组,差异有极显著性统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组患者术中及术后并发症发生率均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论旋动式人工流产术是一种优于传统负压吸引人工流产术的可靠术式,具有损伤小、并发症少、无负压产生、安全有效等优点。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of rotating induced abortion in the termination of early unexpected pregnancy.Methods From September 2019 and March 2020,a total of 216 women of reproductive age who voluntarily demanded termination of pregnancy in the Yuzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital were included,and they were randomly divided into the observation group(109 cases)and the control group(107 cases).The observation group adopted rotating induced abortion,while the control group adopted traditional suction induced abortion.Operative time,intraoperative bleeding volume,intraoperative complications,histopathological injuries,postoperative follow-up and postoperative complications were observed and compared between the two groups.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the operation time between the two groups(P>0.05).The intraoperative bleeding volume in the observation group was significantly less than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The pathological results showed that the histopathological damage in the observation group was less than that in the control group.The postoperative menstruation recovery time of the observation group was earlier than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The postoperative endometrial recovery of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The incidence of intraoperative and postoperative complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The rotating induced abortion is a safe and effective innovation with the advantages of less damage,fewer operative complications and no negative pressure,which is a more reliable operation than traditional suction induced abortion.
