摘要
目的分析常规超声联合萤火虫技术在早期痛风性关节炎(Gouty Arthritis,GA)中的应用价值。方法收集2017年10月至2019年7月间于牡丹江医学院附属红旗医院就诊的早期GA患者72例作为GA组,选择同期来我院健康体检的人群30例作为对照组。两组均行常规超声检查,记录双轨征、滑膜增厚、关节腔积液、骨质破坏、微结晶的检出情况;行萤火虫技术对两组进行检查,记录两组微结晶的检出情况。结果 (1)GA组双轨征、微结晶表现较对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)当受累关节为第一跖趾关节时,GA组滑膜增厚、关节腔积液表现较对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),当受累关节为膝关节及踝关节时,GA组滑膜增厚、关节腔积液表现,较对照组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);(3)GA组骨质破坏表现较对照组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);(4)萤火虫技术对GA组微结晶的检出明显多于常规超声检查,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论常规超声联合萤火虫技术对微结晶的检出明显提高,可作为早期GA的辅助诊断方法。
Objective To analyze the application value of conventional ultrasound combined with firefly technology in early Gouty Arthritis(GA).Methods A total of 72 early GA patients treated at the Hongqi Hospital Affiliated to Mudanjiang Medical College from October 2017 to July 2019 were collected as the GA group,and 30 patients who came to our hospital for physical examination during the same period were selected as the control group.Both groups underwent routine ultrasound examination to record the detection of double-track signs,synovial thickening,joint cavity effusion,bone destruction,and microcrystals.Firefly technique was used to inspect the two groups and record the detection of microcrystals.Results(1)Compared with the control group,the double-track signs and microcrystals in the GA group were statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)When the affected joint was the first metatarsophalangeal joint,compared with the control group,the synovial thickening and joint cavity volume in the GA group was statistically significant(P<0.05).When the affected joints were knees and ankles,the synovial thickening and joint cavity fluid accumulation in the GA group were not statistically different from the control group(P>0.05).(3)The bone destruction performance of GA group was not statistically different from that of the control group(P>0.05).(4)The detection of microcrystals in the GA group by firefly technique was significantly more than that of conventional ultrasound examination.Statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Conventional ultrasound combined with firefly technology has significantly improved the detection of microcrystals and can be used as an auxiliary diagnostic method for early GA.
