瘦素、胰岛素样生长因子-1、胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白-3在老年骨质疏松患者血清中的表达

Expression of leptin,insulin-like growth factor-1 and insulin-like growth factor binding protein-3 in the serum of elderly osteoporosis patients

目的观察血清瘦素、胰岛素样生长因子-1(Insulin-like growth factor-1,IGF-1)、胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白-3(Insulin-like growth factor-binding protein-3,IGFBP-3)在老年骨质疏松患者血清中的表达。方法选择2017年12月至2019年6月间于我院就诊的30例老年骨质疏松患者纳入骨质疏松组,另选我院同期就诊的30例老年骨量下降患者纳入骨量下降组;选取我院同期体检的30例老年骨量正常患者作为对照组,统一采用ELISA方法测定各组血清中瘦素、IGF-1、IGFBP-3的表达水平,采用线性相关性分析骨质疏松组患者血清瘦素、IGF-1、IGFBP-3三者之间的关系。结果骨质疏松组患者瘦素、IGF-1明显低于另两组,且骨质疏松组IGFBP-3明显低于对照组。骨量下降组患者瘦素、IGF-1、IGFBP-3明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。骨质疏松组患者血清瘦素与IGF-1呈正相关(P<0.05),IGF-1与IGFBP-3呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论血清瘦素、IGF-1、IGFBP-3参与骨质疏松的发生、发展,且具有协调效应,定期检测上述指标可有助于疾病早期诊断。

Objective To observe the expression of leptin,insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-1),and insulin-like growth factor-binding protein-3(IGFBP-3)in serum of elderly osteoporosis patients.Methods 30 elderly osteoporosis patients who were treated in our hospital from December 2017 to June 2019 were included in the osteoporosis group,and 30 elderly patients with osteopenia who were treated in our hospital during the same period were included in the bone loss group.During the same period,30 elderly patients with normal bone mass in our hospital were used as the control group.The expression levels of leptin,IGF-1 and IGFBP-3 in each group of serum were measured by ELISA method.The relationship between leptin,IGF-1 and IGFBP-3 were analyzed.Results The leptin and IGF-1 in the osteoporosis group were significantly lower than those in the other two groups,and the IGFBP-3 in the osteoporosis group was significantly lower than that in the control group.The leptin,IGF-1 and IGFBP-3 of the patients with decreased bone mass were significantly lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the osteoporosis group,serum leptin was positively correlated with IGF-1(P<0.05),and IGF-1 was positively correlated with IGFBP-3(P<0.05).Conclusion Serum leptin,IGF-1,and IGFBP-3 were involved in the occurrence and development of osteoporosis,and had a coordinated effect.Regular detection of the above indicators could help early diagnosis of the disease.
