通心络胶囊联合双联抗血小板药物在冠心病患者PCI术后的应用

Application Observation of Tongxinluo Capsule Combined with Double Antiplatelet Drugs in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease after PCI

目的探究通心络胶囊联合双联抗血小板药物在冠心病患者经皮冠状动脉介入(PCI)术后的治疗效果。方法选取我院收治的60例冠心病患者,随机数字表法分为观察组(n=30)与对照组(n=30),均行PCI术,术后给予对照组双联抗血小板药物治疗,上述基础上给予观察组通心络胶囊治疗,治疗6个月。比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后血清炎性指标白介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α);血液流变学(纤维蛋白原、全血比黏度、血浆比黏度)变化、不良心血管事件发生率。结果观察组总有效率93.33%较对照组73.33%高(P<0.05);治疗后观察组血清IL-6、TNF-α水平低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组全血比黏度、血浆比黏度、纤维蛋白原低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良心血管事件发生率6.67%(2/30)较对照组30.00%(9/30)低(P<0.05)。结论通心络胶囊联合双联抗血小板药物可降低PCI术后冠心病患者炎性反应,改善血液流变学,减少不良心血管事件,疗效显著。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Tongxinluo capsules combined with dual antiplatelet drugs after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)in patients with coronary heart disease.Methods Sixty patients with coronary heart disease admitted to our hospital were selected and divided into observation group(n=30)and control group(n=30)by random number table method.All of them underwent PCI.Based on the above,the observation group was given Tongxinluo capsule treatment for 6 months.The clinical efficacy,serum inflammatory indexes interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),hemorheology(fibrinogen,whole blood specific viscosity,plasma specific viscosity)Change,and incidence of adverse cardiovascular events of the two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%,which was higher than that of the control group 73.33%(P<0.05).The serum IL-6 and TNF-αlevels of the observation group after treatment were lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The plasma specific viscosity and fibrinogen were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse cardiovascular events in the observation group was 6.67%(2/30),which was lower than that in the control group 30.00%,9/30(P<0.05).Conclusion Tongxinluo capsules combined with dual antiplatelet drugs could reduce the inflammatory response of coronary heart disease patients after PCI,improve hemorheology,reduce adverse cardiovascular events,and had a significant effect.
