卡前列素氨丁三醇联合缩宫素对产后出血患者凝血功能的影响研究

Effects of hemabate combined with oxytocin on the blood coagulation function in puerpera with postpartum hemorrhage

目的探讨卡前列素氨丁三醇(商品名欣母沛)联合缩宫素对产后出血患者凝血功能的影响。方法选取2017年5月至2018年4月分娩的174例产妇,随机分为对照组和研究组,每组87例。对照组施以缩宫素预防出血,研究组施以欣母沛联合缩宫素预防出血。比较2组产后2 h及产后1 d的出血量、血压、凝血功能相关指标变化情况、不良反应情况、心理状态变化及生存质量变化情况。结果对照组产后2 h及产后1 d出血量高于研究组(P<0.05);用药1 d后,2组血压、PT、FIB及APTT水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);2组出现不良反应的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);用药后对照组心理状态差于研究组(P<0.05);用药后对照组生存质量低于研究组(P<0.05)。结论在预防产妇产后出血的过程中,施以欣母沛联合缩宫素,预防效果确切,可在临床上进一步广泛推广与应用。

Objective To investigate the to investigate the effects of hemabate combined with oxytocin on the blood coagulation function in puerpera with postpartum hemorrhage.Methods A total of 174 puerpera who deliveried in our hospital from May 2017 to April 2018 were randomly divided into research group and control group,with 87 cases in each group.The puerpera in control group were given oxytocin to prevent bleeding,however,the puerpera in research group were given hemabate combined with oxytocin to prevent bleeding.The changes of bleeding volume,blood pressure,blood coagulation function related indexes,the incidence of adverse reactions,the psychological status and life quality at 2 hours and 1 day after childbirth were observed and comapred between the two groups.Results The bleeding volume at 2 hours and 1 day after childbirth in control group was significantly higher than that in research group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the levels of blood pressure,PT,FIB and APTT between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significantly difference in the incidence rate of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment the psychological state and life quality in control group were significantly worse than those in research control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the process of preventing postpartum hemorrhage,hemabate combined with oxytocin is effective,which can be widely used in clinical practice.
