Influence of Technology Transfer on the Regional Innovation System of Henan Province

技术转移本质上是技术信息在组织之间的扩散与流动,通过技术转移活动能促进企业技术创新、优化区域资源配置、缩小区域发展差距、推动区域间协同创新和跨越式发展。由此,本文主要探讨技术转移对河南省区域创新体系的影响,并根据河南省区域技术转移和区域创新发展近况,从体制建设、强化主体、地域策略、完善环境等方面提出技术转移视角下区域创新能力提升对策。

Technology transfer is essentially the diffusion and flow of technology information among organizations.Through technology transfer activities,enterprises can promote technological innovation,optimize regional resource allocation,narrow regional development gap,and promote collaborative innovation and leapfrog development among regions.Therefore,this paper mainly discussed the impact of technology transfer on the regional innovation system of Henan Province,and according to the recent situation of regional technology transfer and regional innovation development in Henan Province,put forward the Countermeasures of regional innovation capacity improvement from the perspective of system construction,strengthening the main body,regional strategy,and improving the environment.
