摘要
针对冲击载荷下发动机附件传动系统响应不清的问题,本文提出了一种传动系统冲击响应特性的研究方法。其间建立三平行轴齿轮传动结构的动力学模型,结合时变啮合刚度对系统施加阶跃冲击载荷,得到系统的响应。同时,以发动机附件传动系统的子结构为例,开展冲击载荷下附件传动系统的响应机理研究。结果表明,冲击载荷对传动系统负载的影响较动力输入端更大。
Aiming at the problem of unclear response of engine accessory transmission system under shock load,this paper proposed a research method of shock response characteristics of transmission system.In the meantime,the dynamic model of the three parallel shaft gear transmission structure was established,and the step response load was applied to the system in combination with the time-varying meshing stiffness to obtain the system response.At the same time,taking the sub-structure of the engine accessory transmission system as an example,the response mechanism research of the accessory transmission system under impact load was carried out.The results show that the impact load has a greater influence on the load of the transmission system than the power input.
