摘要
偏光片是LCD液晶显示器的核心原件,其贴附在液晶玻璃上下侧,配合液晶的转动控制光线在液晶面板内的通过与否来达到显示效果。偏光片有三种类型,包括透射类型、反射类型和半透半反类型。由于反射类型偏光片是靠自然光反射显示,因而,不需要背光源,具有省电、低成本的特点,在家电遥控器领域得到广泛应用。在偏光片生产制作程中,是通过涂覆一层铝膜来实现反射功能,由于铝属于活泼性金属,因而在湿热环境中容易被氧化,使得偏光片失去反射功能,造成显示性能的缺陷。
Polarizers are the core elements of LCD liquid crystal displays.They are attached to the upper and lower sides of liquid crystal glass,and the rotation of the liquid crystal is used to control the passage of light in the liquid crystal panel to achieve the display effect.There are three types of polarizers,including transmission type,reflection type and transflective type.Since the reflection type polarizer is based on natural light reflection display,it does not require a backlight source,has the characteristics of power saving and low cost,and is widely used in the field of home appliances remote control.In the production process of the polarizer,the reflection function is realized by coating an aluminum film.Since aluminum is a reactive metal,it is easily oxidized in a hot and humid environment,causing the polarizer to lose its reflection function and cause defects in display performance.
