摘要
作为抗日战争时期成立的办学联合体,西北联大自建校始就有团结御侮、共克时艰的使命意识。针对各组建校鲜明的异质性,以及国民政府通过肢解西北联大使之永驻西北的意图,西北联大建立了常委会议决、各类委员会研议、行政机构执行的管理体制,整合各方面资源,进行了一体化办学的努力。但这种行政主导型的整合机制有着强力易入、基础不稳的脆弱性。
As a school-running association established during the Anti-Japanese War,the Northwest Associated University had the mission consciousness of uniting against aggression and overcoming difficulties since its establishment.In view of the distinct heterogeneity of the member schools and the intention of the Nanjing National Government to make Northwest Associated University permanently reside in the northwest by dismembering the association,the Northwest Associated University had established a management system of standing committees decision,the committees discussion,and the administrative implementation,to integrate all resources in its efforts to run the university.This administrative led integration mechanism is powerful and easy at the start but vulnerable for its lack of a solid foundation.
